This six-week live online class is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and rediscover the peace that exists beneath thought, effort, and self-improvement. Rather than focusing on fixing problems or changing yourself, this class gently points to direct experience through open discussion, honest inquiry, and periods of guided meditation and stillness.

This is not about becoming something new — it is about recognizing what you already are.
